Please note the following will be required for entry to Heinz Hall:

  • Masks
  • Proof of vaccination
  • Guests who are not able to be vaccinated must provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test (either a PCR test taken within 72 hours of the performance start time or an antigen test taken within 24 hours of the performance start time).
  • Tests must be administered by a third party. Self-administered tests will only be accepted for children under 12.
  • Along with proof of vaccination or proof of a negative test, all guests 18 years or older must also present a government-issued photo ID. Guests younger than 18 who do not have either a government-issued ID or school photo ID may attend performances only in the company of an adult who meets the above requirements and can confirm the validity of the minor’s test results or vaccination verification.

Heinz Hall is Wheelchair Accessible and the total number of spaces available are 28. Please be advised that spaces are spread out and an entire group may be unable to sit together. Spaces must be reserved in advance and are on a first come first serve basis.

To reserve your space, please:

  • Email [email protected];
  • Include number of spaces needed and names of concert goers;
  • Arrive at Heinz Hall at least one half hour prior to concert time to allow ushering staff to assist you and/or your group with wheelchair placement in the auditorium. 
Restrictions
